Subscription FAQs

When will my subscription box be dispatched?

Subscription boxes are dispatched from our HQ in the first week of the following month.

All subscriptions are billed in advance
Can I add other items to my order?

When you first purchase your subscription, please don’t add other items to your basket.

Once your subscription order is complete, you’re welcome to come back and place a separate order.
Can I use discount codes?

Discount codes can’t be applied to subscription boxes unless clearly advertised otherwise.
How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all subscription boxes.

Subscriptions are delivery only and can’t be collected in person.
How do monthly payments work?

Monthly payments are automatic and billed on the 12th of each month.

If we ever need to change your payment date, we’ll email you beforehand.

Payments are taken in advance. For example, if a payment is taken in May, your box will be dispatched in early June.

You can update your payment details at any time via your subscription account on our website. We accept debit cards, credit cards and PayPal.
