Subscription Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions work at The Refillable Candle Company, including payments, delivery, changes and cancellations.

Our subscriptions

Quarterly candle subscription
Your first box is the Candle Subscription Starter Box for £30. It includes a refillable Classic White or Classic Black jar, your first candle refill and a free Calm Sleep Spray. After that, you receive a candle refill every 90 days for £19.99.

Monthly candle and wax melt subscriptions
Our monthly candle and wax melt subscriptions continue for existing subscribers, at the price you signed up at. Your price is locked in. If you would prefer a box every 3 months instead, just email us and we will change it for you.

Your free Calm Sleep Spray

Every new quarterly subscription comes with one free Calm Sleep Spray, added to your first order automatically. One per new subscription.

Payments

Quarterly: your first payment is taken when you place your order. Your refill is then charged every 90 days after that.

Monthly: payments are billed around the 12th of each month. If this date doesn't work for you, email us and we will change it. If we ever need to change your payment date, we will email you beforehand.

All payments are taken in advance. We accept debit and credit cards and PayPal. You can update your payment details at any time through your subscription account on our website.

Delivery

All subscription boxes are dispatched from our HQ in the first working week of each month. If your payment is taken after that week, your box will go out in the first working week of the following month. For example, a payment on 5th October will be sent in the first week of November.

Shipping is free on all subscription boxes. Subscription boxes are delivery only and cannot be collected.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes unless advertised otherwise.

Skipping, pausing or changing your subscription

You can skip a box, pause, or change how often you receive your box at any time. Just email us at info@therefillablecandleco.co.uk before your next payment date and we will sort it for you.

Cancellations

Your subscription runs on a rolling monthly or quarterly basis, and you can cancel at any time. To cancel, email us at info@therefillablecandleco.co.uk and we will process your request straight away.

If you cancel after you have already paid for your next box (even if it has not been dispatched yet), you will still receive that box and will not be due a refund. Your subscription will end once the last box you have paid for has been sent.

Refunds, exchanges or returns

Refunds, exchanges or returns are not available on subscription boxes. If anything arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@therefillablecandleco.co.uk and we will put it right.
