Shipping Policy

Shipping & delivery

We work to a 10 to 15 working day turnaround from order to delivery.

As a small business run by working mums, this full turnaround is sometimes needed, especially during busy periods. We’re always working to get orders out as quickly as possible, and we really appreciate your patience.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. When your order has been packed and is ready to go, you’ll receive a second email confirming it has been completed. Orders marked as completed are dispatched by 5pm the same working day and usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Please only get in touch to check on your order if it has been longer than 15 working days and you haven’t heard from us.

All orders are sent via Evri.

Shipping costs

Our standard shipping rates are:

- £4.50 for orders up to 2kg

- £6.99 for orders over 2kg

From time to time we offer free shipping codes. The best way to hear about these is by subscribing to our emails.

Packaging

We pack orders using a mix of protective materials, including recycled cardboard and dissolvable corn starch packing peanuts. Simply pop them in the sink, add water, and they’ll dissolve.
