Shipping Policy

How we pack and send your order, how long it takes, and what it costs.

When your order is sent

We are a small, all mum team, and our shop opens a handful of times a year rather than all year round. When the shop opens, every order is sent within 10 working days of the opening.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. When it has been packed and is ready to go, you'll receive a second email to say it's complete. Completed orders are dispatched by 5pm the same working day and usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days.

Please only get in touch to check on your order if it has been longer than 10 working days since the opening and you haven't heard from us.

Christmas opening

Our shop is open for Christmas from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd November only. Every Christmas order will be sent by Friday 4th December, in plenty of time for Christmas.

Calm Sleep Spray

Calm Sleep Spray is available all year round, and is sent within 10 working days of your order.

Subscription boxes

Delivery is free on all subscription boxes.

Subscription boxes are sent in the first working week of each month. If your payment is taken after that week, your box will go out in the first working week of the following month. For example, a payment on 5th October will be sent in the first week of November. Subscription boxes are delivery only and cannot be collected.

Shipping costs

Our standard shipping rates are:

£2.99 for orders up to 1kg
£3.99 for orders from 1kg to 2.8kg
£6.50 for orders over 2.8kg
Free on all subscription boxes

All orders are sent via Evri.

Packaging

We pack orders using a mix of protective materials, including recycled cardboard and dissolvable corn starch packing peanuts. Simply pop them in the sink, add water, and watch them dissolve.

If there's a problem with your order or delivery, please email us as soon as possible at info@therefillablecandleco.co.uk. We can only help with orders by email, so please don't contact us about orders through social media.
